Praise and Petitions
Calvary Reformed Chapel
Calvary Reformed Chapel is grateful unto the Lord for His blessing upon the work of the ministry this past year. It has been a year of growth, opportunity, and testing. How encouraging it is to know that “we are laborers together with God” (I Cor. 3:9), and that He will bless and prosper us according to His great mercy.
We desire that the people of God will give thanks unto the Lord for His goodness, as well as to pray that He will provide all that is necessary to build His church in the Stockton area.
Matters of Thanksgiving
and Praise to God:
1. We give thanks unto God for the prosperous beginning He has granted Calvary Reformed Chapel.
2. We thank God for providing us with an adequate meeting facility in the Stockton area.
3. We praise the Lord for all the members and visitors that God has brought to us.
4. We thank the Lord for providing the necessary resources to maintain the work of the ministry.
Petitions to Bring Before
the Throne of Grace:
1. Pray for our witness of the gospel in the coming year that it may be effectual unto the salvation of souls to the glory of God.
2. Pray for the members and visitors of Calvary Reformed Chapel that God will minister to all their spiritual and temporal needs.
2. Petition the Lord to give wisdom in our means of outreach with the gospel.
3. Pray that the Lord will
continue to bring us together into a greater bond of love and fellowship in
Christ.
It is our comfort to know that, “The God of heaven, he will prosper us; therefore we His servants will arise and build.” (Neh. 2:20)
